API Credentials

1. Go to: https://dashboard.mysmtp.com.

2. If you purchased a dedicated IP service from mySMTP you should have following information. The credentials you should use here are the ones provided by mySMTP and called: "Outgoing SMTP Server Credentials". All these details you'll find in the Set Up email.
   
   

   • IP address

   • Username

   • Password

3. Enter the above Credentials in the API Credentials section of the Ongage connection.

4. Click the Verify Credentials button to verify your API credentials. Verification MUST pass in order to complete ESP Setup.

5. Set up the Bounce Domain to in order for bounces/feedback loops in mySMTP to get relayed back and processed into the Ongage platform.

6. Click Save.

Additional Notes

The following items can be done within mySMTP:

1. From the Search Logs menu item, you can search for an email address and check if mySMTP received / sent / bounced or expired that email address.

2. In dashboard you will also find SPF, DKIM and DMARC generator tools.
